"Wrong items in my order"
I ordered a few things from Power Systems, and when the box showed up, some of the sizes were wrong and there was even an item in there I never ordered. The weird part was the packing slip was correct, so it’s not like I misunderstood what I bought, the box just didn’t match it.
Then I had to go back and forth emailing and waiting for someone to fix it, which felt like I was begging them to correct their own mistake. It left me resentful because I paid for the order and just expected the right stuff to show up. I’m not sure I’d want to deal with ordering from them again.
"Return took longer than I expected"
I had to return an item and the whole refund process was more of a hassle than I thought it would be. I was expecting quicker responses, but it took a while to get clear answers and I ended up having to follow up more than once. The refund did come through eventually, but it felt slower than it should’ve been. Not super happy with how it was handled.

"I’ve picked up a few things from..."
I’ve picked up a few things from Power Systems now, and at first I figured they’d be fine—not amazing, but fine, actually, they’ve held up really well. I’ve been using them pretty much daily at the gym for months and haven’t noticed any weird wear or issues. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

"The website was frustrating to deal with"
I tried using power-systems.com to find some basic product info, and it was just a hassle. It was slow, the menu felt all over the place, and I kept clicking around way longer than I should have. The search didn’t really help either. Maybe their products are good, but it made me give up fast.

I was kinda hoping they’d have a better selection of equipment, but it felt limited. A lot of the stuff I needed wasn’t there, or there was only one option for it. Made it hard to do a proper comparison, so I ended up checking out a different store instead

I don't know, it just seemed way too pricey for what it was. Maybe if it cost less I’d feel different, but because it was expensive it kind of made the whole thing feel not worth it to me

I went in looking for a few specific things, but most of the items I needed were out of stock. Kind of frustrating, since I couldn’t get much of what I came for.

The box came in crushed, and the packaging was ripped up too. It just looked really sloppy when it arrived, like it had been handled badly or... I don’t know, not what I expected.

Support got back to me really fast, which was nice. They helped me out good and didnt make it a big hassle.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from power-systems.com and the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated, and the delivery date felt like it was just being made up as it went along. I needed the items sooner, so it was frustrating. I also didn’t have much faith that customer service would actually give me a straight answer, so I didn’t feel like chasing them around for updates. I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a specific date.
